Aerobic Gymnastics
Lausanne (SUI) FIG Office, February 2, 2010: An international judges’ course hosted by the Korean Gymnastics Association was conducted in Seoul on January 25 – 30, 2010.
Twenty-eight Korean judges and two Thai judges sat on the « school » benches and took an active part in the course which took place at the Association’s headquarters in a warm atmosphere and under the guidance of Mireille Ganzin (FRA), the President of the FIG Aerobic Technical Committee.
Everything was in place for a successful course with a flawless organisation chaired by Vice-President B.K. Chung acting also as a worthy interpreter and candidate to the judge’s brevet and by CEO and national coach Young Hee Song.
After this second course, Korea has now forty-nine judges holding a FIG brevet for the current cycle. It is therefore the federation with the highest number of judges with brevet, a trump card which will allow it to stage the Korean Games and the international major events of the year with serenity.
Thank you to Mr. Chung and to the whole Korean team for their warm welcome, their cooperation and their collaboration for the development of aerobic.
