acroElizabeth Oliver and Katie Axten - GB - Senior Women's Pair

Elizabeth Oliver: I think that routine went really well, I don't think we could have done it much cleaner than that.  We played it a bit safe after making a mistake in the balance, but that went really well.

Katie Axten: I think that we performed much better today compared to other days, a million times better than yesterday! I don't know how confident I'd say I am, we just have to wait now and see if we qualify, because we made quite a big mistake on the first day so we have to wait and see if any one else makes a mistake!

Edward Upcott and Mark Fyson - GB - Senior Men's Pair

Edward Upcott: It was good, we made a few mistakes but we scored really well so tomorrow we have the same routine to perform and if we can improve on the mistakes that we made today hopefully we can get an even higher score and, fingers crossed for a medal! Some of the people we expected to perform really well are making a few mistakes and some of the people we didn't expect to be so good are performing really clean and are up there with the rest of everyone else.

Mark Fyson: If we were to win I think I'd probably wet my pants first of all! I mean, it's why everyone's here isn't it? It's the life-time dream, it's what you stay in the gym for. Our sport's a bit funny, it's not like the 100 meters where the winner is the first past the post, and you're eye to eye with your enemy. In Acrobatics you just have to go out onto the floor and do what you can do and see what scores pops out of it. It's been fantastic competing on home soil, the support out there is incredible, it just blows you away. It's good to be on home turf, it gives you that little edge over the others and that's what you need.

J. Maia and T. Figueiredo - Portugal - Senior Men's Pair

J. Maia: It feels great to be in the finals because it's our first final at a World Championships so it's really good.

T. Figueiredo: We've been a pair since about 2005. I don't think we'll win but in the final it all starts from zero, (everything that happened before then is irrelevant). There are many possibilities, the people who want the medals may get shaky and if we do well... it all depends. e would have to perform very well to win, but we're in the final now and we're very happy with that!'

Sam Sturt, Adam McAssey, Adam Buckingham and Alex Uttley - GB - Senior Men's Group

Sam Sturt: The routine went very well, I was pleased with it, we enjoyed it.  All three of our routines so far have gone well, so we're very pleased.

Alex Uttley: There weren't really any huge mistakes in any of our routines.  Especially on this combined routine, it was really good.  We all enjoyed and the crowd was behinds us which gives us a big boost when we're performing. We were maybe having a bit of trouble with the second balance in our combined routine but our preparation in training for comp has been really good so we were quite confident that when we got to the champs we'd be able to pull out some clean routines.

Adam McAssey: We have a choreographer who comes in.  She composes our routine so it suits how we can dance and how we're comfortable moving. We don't have any input in the moves (dance components).  If something gets a little dodgy or we don't feel it's going right we can speak to Neil (coach) and change it or take things out but the coaches take care of the structure of the routine and then we add little buts if we want to.

Adam Buckingham: The atmosphere at the comp was very good. All of the support for GB has been unbelievable. Once we have the fans behind us then obviously that helps our performance and will help our score hopefully in the end.

T. Alexaava and N. Fedorova - Russia 2 - Senior Women's Pair

Natalia: I think that tomorrow we will perform much better, we'll smile more! We will defiantly be continuing with the sport for a long time into the future- this is definitely not our last championships.

T. Alexxaava: I would probably cry if we won!

Eliza Hui, Bianca Ilacqua & Lisa Jones - Australia - Senior Women's Pair

Bianca Ilacqua: I think our routine went really well, we're really happy with that.  Especially as it's Lisa (Jones)'s last international. We were at the world cup in France earlier in the year and I think the Glasgow Champs have a better atmosphere, it's more relaxed and friendly, there's a bigger crowd, BG has done really good job. We're really impressed.

Eliza Hui: It's been pretty good, it was a bit scary at first but by the end we were pretty comfortable. As well as our coach and other staff being here to support us, we also have a crowd of about 10 people who are from London but are Australian originally, and they've all come here to cheer us on so the team spirit has been really good.

Andre Gadney and Sharni Garrattley - South Africa - Senior Mixed Pair

Andre Gadney: The championships have been fun, it's well organise, the weather's not good!  But all in all it's been good and we've been enjoying it.

Sharni Garrattley: The team spirit is really good. We've had a lot of fun here. Mum and dad have both come over to support us. It's good to have them here, but once you're out in the floor you can't really tell what's going on in the audience.

Rebecca Brookes - Spectator - Oxfordshire (also British Champions at age level)
We drove for seven hours to come and watch the competition. I really enjoyed watching the people perform. Front angel to back angel is the most difficult trick we can do.

Freya C. - Spectator - Oxfordshire (also British Champions at age level)
Russia was my favourite country to watch.  And I liked the mixed pairs the best.  I thought the costumes were very pretty. We've been doing acrobatics for 2 and 3 years.
